Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a positive difference in the lives of others? We are seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Aides to join our team and provide essential assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while preserving their dignity and independence.
- Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful activities, conversation, and companionship to promote socialization and mental well-being.
- Mobility Assistance: Provide support with transferring and positioning to ensure clients' safety and mobility.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, family members, and the care team to ensure coordinated and personalized care.
- Documentation: Accurately document care provided, observations, and any changes in clients' condition in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrate a genuine desire to help others and provide compassionate care to individuals in need.
- Reliability and Dependability: Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Physical Stamina: Have the physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team, and family caregivers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Certification: Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support for all team members.

Summary: The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals who require support in their homes. The primary responsibility of this position is to help clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers.
- Administer medication as directed by the healthcare team.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
